The Suyderland Holding is a Dutch privately-held real estate company. The current Suyderland real estate portfolio holds investments in commercial property, retail and housing and totals over 100 different real estate objects.

The company started over 20 years ago in the Netherlands as a property developer. Gradually it has built its own real estate portfolio in commercial real estate, retail and housing. These portfolio's are now managed by several operating companies within the Suyderland Holding. Suyderland Property Development still continues to develop property in the Netherlands, with a current focus on re-development of retail/shopping centres.

The Holding has defined a clear target to optimize and extent the real estate portfolio's within the company. Part of which is a target on future acquisition of commercial property both in the Netherlands and abroad. The current real estate portfolio's within the Holding are expected to grow 50% over the next three years (2008-2010).
